No-Refund Policy

At Mobley Thomas Training, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality basketball training programs that help our athletes grow, improve, and achieve their goals. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, we have established the following No-Refund Policy:
All Sales Are Final
- Payments made for training sessions, memberships, packages, camps, or clinics are non-refundable.
Missed Sessions
- If an athlete is unable to attend a scheduled session, the session will not be refunded.
- However, we may offer a rescheduling option at our discretion if notice is given in advance.
Cancellations by Mobley Thomas Training, LLC
- In the rare event that we must cancel a session (e.g., due to weather, facility issues, or coach emergencies), we will reschedule the session or provide a training credit.

- Our coaches and staff work hard to deliver the best possible training experience.
- By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent, reliable training environment and keep our focus on developing every athlete’s skills and performance.
Waiver of Liability

Business Name: Mobley Thomas Training, LLC
By participating in any basketball training session, program, camp, or clinic offered by Mobley Thomas Training, LLC (“the Company”), all athletes and their parents or legal guardians (if under 18) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball and related physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, falls, collisions, sprains, strains, and other accidents that may result from physical activity. By enrolling, each participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such participation, whether known or unknown.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants (and their parents/guardians, if applicable) release, waive, and hold harmless Mobley Thomas Training, LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any injury, damage, or loss sustained during or in connection with participation in any Company activity, whether on or off premises.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the participant (or parent/guardian) authorizes Mobley Thomas Training, LLC staff to seek and obtain appropriate medical treatment at their discretion. The participant agrees to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
By signing or enrolling in any Mobley Thomas Training, LLC program, the participant (and parent/guardian, if applicable) confirms that they have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability and all associated risks and responsibilities.
